Following the precautions recently announced by the University of Winnipeg, the Oral History Centre will be closing the Centre in Bryce Hall, and moving to remote delivery effective immediately.

We will continue to provide remote assistance until we close for the winter break on December 22nd. We will resume operations on January 10, 2022, continuing remote delivery through reading week (February 20 – 26, 2022). Following guidance from the University of Winnipeg, we will announce prior to reading week whether we will remain remote or return to in person services during the winter term.

During this closure of the OHC on campus, we will suspend all equipment loans, as well as use of all OHC facilities until further notice.

Please note that we will also be taking a Programming Pause from January to September 2022.
