Where is the OHC?

Bryce Hall is the two-story Tyndall stone building beside the castle-like Wesley Hall. You can enter though the wooden doors and proceed up the stairs to the second floor. If stairs are not for you, it is best to continue past the doors of Bryce hall and enter through Centennial Hall, where you will find escalators and the nearest elevator.
